8 Fancy pose variations and fancy home decorations look impressive but you can get the same bang for your buck from TJ Maxx and a standing forward fold.
9 Going to yoga class with friends is fun and going through parenting with friends is the best. Especially when you can compare your children’s reactions to the “puberty” movie!
10 Showing up is the most important thing… whether it is on your mat or with your kids. We have more urgent matters to take care of. We are not perfect parents nor can we do poses that belong on the cover of Yoga Journal. But showing up matters most.
